Graco Abrasive Resistant
The heavy-duty, low maintenance solution for high solids and abrasive materials.
The Glutton's bellows seal design provides low maintenance with no seals exposed to the atmosphere.
Features and Benefits
- Bellows seal design eliminates conventional throat seals, providing high reliability for moisture-sensitive materials
- Reversible outlet manifold simplifies plumbing
- Vertical ball check design assures uniform ball wear and long life
Graco Glutton's are designed for reliability and long life
- Bellows seal protects piston rod and piston seal from fluid and abrasive particles
- Pump stand included for ease of mounting
- Patented piston seals provide long life and low maintenance
Graco manufactures several models of pump systems for the pumping of high viscosity materials from 5, 10, 15 and 55 gallon containers. In addition, Graco's Uni-Drum 1000 packages supply sealants from 1,000 liter bulk containers.
Graco's ram and induction systems use downward force to positively feed non-flowable materials into the high viscosity pump lower. The pumps can then move the fluids through lines out to the manufacturing location.
Available in stainless, carbon steel and other materials
Features and Benefits
- The follower plate rests on the material, preventing curing in the container
- Use more material from each container
- Supply on demand
- Purchase materials in bulk supply to reduce cost
- Never run out of materials with Graco's dual crossover tandem stations - each ram with 2 cylinder, 1 limit switch, 1 pump and 1 flat follower plate
- Pneumatic crossover in a cabinet
- Double filter station
-
Automatic switch-off if low pressure is detected (pipe leakage)
Manual depressurization at the pump and the filter
Key Materials
- Medium to high viscosity materials
- Sealing operations
- Adhesive stations
- PVC application
- Sound deadening materials
- Lubricants and grease
Hydraulic pumps designed for low, medium and high viscosity corrosive and non-corrosive materials. Viscount I pumps operate at an efficiency that is three times more efficient than an air-powered pump.
Available in siphon-supply, stubby models, drum and bulk transfer, Graco's hydraulic line is easily adapted to your application. These pumps may also be used on a bulk tank or header to feed multiple spray outlets or branch lines.
Features and Benefits
- Clean, quiet and efficient hydraulic power
- Positive displacement, 2-ball, 4-ball and chop check piston designs provide uniform and easily controlled delivery
